Hello everyone! I am leaving Gottingen in July and I would like to find a new tenant for my big room.
The apartment:
The apartment (65sqm) is located on the 1st floor at Valentinsbrei, close to the NordCampus. There is a bus stop in front of the building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is also a garage in case you want it (extra cost). The neighborhood is very quiet so you can study in peace. The kitchen if fully furnished with a fridge, microwave, 4 cook top burner, oven and a washing machine.
You will be living with my roommate, a 25 yo girl. She is pretty quiet, clean and very easy going.
The bedroom:
The bedroom is 18sqm and has a big window facing the garden. It's very sunny and ventilated. It's beautiful! You can get it empty or you can buy (cheap, 50 euros - negotiable) all my stuff so it's pretty much furnished. This would include:
- Mattress and 2 pillows;
- Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels;
- 1 small table and 2 chairs;
- 1 drying hanger, 2 cloth hangers and a lot of hangers;
- 1 dresser;
- 1 small fan and 1 floor lamp;
The price:
The warm price is 400 euros (370 for the room and 30 for electricity, water and internet). The caution is 400 euros.
You can move in on July 1st.
