Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß und besitzt einen Balkon. Neben der Balkontür befindet sich ein großes Fenster, sodass das Zimmer sehr hell ist. Das Zimmer wird mit einem Schreibtisch, 140er Bett mit Matratze, Sofa, Fernsehschrank/tisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal und einer Kommode vermietet. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren renoviert und die Küche und das Bad sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche hat eine neue Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einen großen Backofen mit Herd. Im Keller befindet sich unsere Waschmaschine und ein Kellerabteil. Vor und hinter dem Haus sind mehrere Parkplätze.
Die Wohnung liegt in Weende und der Nordcampus ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß und der Hauptcampus ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist also ideal für die ersten Monate in Göttingen.
Dein Mitbewohner heißt Andre, ist 25 Jahre alt und schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit in VWL, wir unternehmen hin und wieder etwas zusammen, aber man kann sich natürlich auch seine Ruhe nehmen.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer, da ich für kurze Zeit ins Ausland gehe.

The room is 21 sqm and has a balcony. Next to the balcony door there is a large window, so that the room is very bright. The room is offered with a desk, 140 bed with mattress, sofa, TV closet/table, wardrobe, shelf and chest of drawers. The whole apartment was renovated 3 years ago and the kitchen and bathroom are in very good condition. The kitchen has a new kitchenette with dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a large oven with cooker. In the cellar there is our washing machine and a cellar compartment. There are several parking places in front and behind the house.
The apartment is located in Weende and the north campus is 2 minutes walk and the main campus is 10 minutes by bike. A bus stop can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Several supermarkets can be reached by bicycle in 5 minutes. The apartment is ideal for the first months in Göttingen.
The WG is very relaxed and friendly. Your roommate's name is Andre and he is 25 years old, we do something together from time to time, but of course you can also take your time.
