Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und besitzt ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen eigenen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und kann sowohl befristet und möbliert für 6 Monate, als auch unbefristet gemietet werden.
Durch das Fenster blickt man direkt in den WG-eigenen Garten.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large living room and its own balcony. The room is very bright and can be rented for a limited period of time, furnished for 6 months or for an unlimited period.
Through the window you have a direct view into the garden of the shared flat.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb ca. 8 Minuten am Zentralcampus bzw. in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt und fährt direkt Richtung Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Nordcampus und auch das Sport-Institut mit Fitnessstudio, etc. ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
Zudem sind Einkaufs- und Ess-Möglichkeiten schnell und gut in der Nähe zu erreichen.
In dem Haus wohnen so gut wie nur Studenten. Mit den Nachbarn läuft alles entspannt.
By bike you can reach the central campus or the city centre within 8 minutes. The nearest bus stop is only 2 minutes away and goes directly to the city centre. The apartment is very close to the north campus and also the sports institute with gym, etc. is only a few hundred meters away.
In addition, shopping and dining facilities are quickly and easily accessible.
Almost all students live in the house. With the neighbours everything is relaxed.
Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, der Lage und der WG. Die Mitbewohner sind Michel (BWL) und Jan ( Sozialwissenschaften). In der WG läuft immer alles entspannt und wir Unternehmen gerne Aktivitäten, wie Sport oder ein Bierchen zusammen - das kann natürlich je nach Interesse frei gestaltet werden :)
I was always very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the shared flat. The flatmates are Michel (business studies) and Jan (social sciences). In the WG everything is always relaxed and we like to do activities like sports or having a beer together - of course this can be arranged freely depending on your interests :)
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Es gibt zudem einen Fahrradkeller und ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Außerdem ist ein Parkplatz frei zu nutzen.
Internet und Strom sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
