Ihr Zimmer ist 8,7 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich in der obersten Etage in der Nähe des Wohnzimmers und des Badezimmers. Das Haus verfügt über 1 Badezimmer im Obergeschoss (mit Badewanne / Dusche) und eines im Erdgeschoss (mit großer Dusche)
Es gibt 3 Zimmer im Obergeschoss, alle mit direktem Zugang zum Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Dachterrasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein schöner und gemütlicher Ort, um sich in den Abendstunden zu treffen, und kann tagsüber ruhig sein, wenn Menschen arbeiten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit Reinigungsmitteln, Kochutensilien und allem, was Sie sich vorstellen können.
Um dieses Zimmer zu nutzen, muss ich einige meiner Artikel gegen eine Gebühr (70 Euro) übernehmen. Dazu gehören ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett mit Matratze, eine Kommode für Ihre Kleidung / Sachen, zwei mittelgroße Regale und ein Nachttisch.
Sie können sie behalten, verkaufen oder selbst entsorgen. Sie sind größtenteils in guter Qualität und es würde mich freuen zu wissen, dass sie verwendet werden.

Your room is 8.7 square meter room on the top floor, near to the living room and bathroom. The house has 1 bathroom upstairs (With a bathtub/shower) and one downstairs (With a large shower)
There are 3 room upstairs all with close access to the bathroom, living room, and rooftop terrace. The living room is nice and cozy place to meet in the evening hours and can be quiet during the day when people are working. The house is well equipped with cleaning supplies, cooking supplies and anything else you could think of.
In order to take this room, I will require that you take over some of my items for a fee (70 Euros). This includes a working desk with a chair, a bed with a mattress, a dresser for your clothes/things, two medium sized shelves, and a bedside table.
You can keep them, sell them, or dispose of them yourself. They are mostly in good quality and it would make me happy to know that they are used.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Gegend, 2 Minuten zu Fuß von den Buslinien 31/32 entfernt und in der Nähe der Linie 33. Eine sehr schnelle Radtour zum Nordcampus und eine noch schnellere Rückkehr. In der Nähe einer Bäckerei, verschiedener Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Geldautomaten. Auch ganz in der Nähe von tollen Wander- / Lauf- / Wander- / Radwegen

Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood 2 minutes away by walking from bus lines 31/32 and near to line 33. A very quick bike ride to the North Campus and even faster returning. Located near to a bakery, various grocery stores, ATM machine. Also very close to great walking/running/hiking/biking trails.
Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Resi, die derzeit eine Ausbildung zur Rettungssanitäterin absolviert, Pia, die biologische Vielfalt und Ökologie studiert, und Julia, die Verpackungstechnologie studiert und ihr praktisches Semester in Göttingen absolviert. Sie lebt derzeit als Untervermietung hier, weil (die andere) Pia, die ebenfalls Biodiversität studiert, derzeit für ein Auslandssemester in Finnland ist. Die Hobbys sind vielfältig und reichen von Lesen, Sport und Kochen bis hin zu Spielen und Tierfotografie.
Neben den menschlichen Mitbewohnern gibt es auch einige tierische, nämlich die beiden bereits erwähnten Kaninchen, eine ungewisse Anzahl von Tausendfüßlern (die in Pias Zimmer zu Hause sind) und drei Schlangen, soweit ich das beurteilen kann Sehr schön. Auch ein Neuzugang eines sehr süßen Hundes!
Sie werden also mit einem liebenswerten, farbenfrohen Haufen leben, der garantiert nie langweilig wird. Es gibt fast immer jemanden, der sich unterhält, zusammen fernsieht, Avatar- oder Disney-Filme sieht, kocht, isst, Tee trinkt, Ausflüge macht, einkaufen geht, sich auf dem Dach sonnen und was auch immer Sie sich sonst noch vorstellen können. Auf jeden Fall können Sie sich auf eine familiäre Atmosphäre und ein geselliges Zusammenleben freuen!
Das Dach ist sehr groß und bietet Platz zum Abhängen und sogar zum Wachsen von Pflanzen. Eine sehr gemütliche Gegend. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr komfortabel mit vielen Pflanzen und einem schönen Fernseher mit allen Streaming-Apps. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Raum für einen Schreibtisch zum Lernen / Arbeiten.

Your future roommates are Resi, who is currently training to be a paramedic, Pia, who is studying biological diversity and ecology, and Julia, who is studying packaging technology and is doing her practical semester in Göttingen. She is currently living here as a sublet because (the other) Pia, who is also studying biodiversity, is currently in Finland for a semester abroad. The hobbies are diverse and range from reading, sports and cooking to gaming and wildlife photography.
In addition to the human roommates, there are also a few animal ones, namely the two rabbits already mentioned, an uncertain number of millipedes (which are at home in Pia's room) and three snakes, which, as far as I can tell, are very nice. Also a new addition of a very cute dog!
So you will live with a lovable, colorful bunch that is guaranteed to never get boring. There is almost always someone to have a chat, to watch TV, Avatar or Disney films together, to cook, eat, drink tea, go on excursions, go shopping, sunbathe on the roof and whatever else you can think of. In any case, you can look forward to a family atmosphere and sociable coexistence!
The roof is very large and has place to hang out and even grow plants. A very cozy area. The living room is extremely comfortable with a lot of plants a nice t.v with all the streaming apps. There is a room in the living room for a desk to study/work at.
Die Kosten setzen sich aus der Grundmiete, den Nebenkosten (inklusive WLAN) und 10 € für die Wohngemeinschaft zusammen. (Dies sind einige Lebensmittel (Gewürze usw.) und andere Dinge rund um das Haus)
Das Haus des Besitzers befindet sich hier neben unserem. Sie sind sehr freundlich und zugänglich für alle Fragen / Hilfe, die Sie haben / brauchen könnten.

The owners house is beside ours here. They are very friendly and accessible for any questions / help you might have/need.
