Ich gehe nächstes Semester mit Erasmus ins Ausland und daher möchte ich mein wunderschönes helles, möbliertes Zimmer von der Größe 17 qm zwischenvermieten. Es besitzt zwei große Fenster und es sind alle wichtigen Möbel vorhanden (wie auf den Bildern ohne meine persönlichen Sachen):
- 1,60m x 2,00m Bett
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl
- Regal, Kleiderschrank
- Spiegel
Die Wohnung besitzt eine schöne große Dusche, eine neue Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, und eine große eigene Terrasse. Die Küche ist zur Terrasse mit Ausblick ausgerichtet und bietet genug Platz für ein nettes Zusammenkommen in der Küche. Erasmus Studenten sind willkommen!
Das Zimmer wird insgesamt 360 Euro pro Monat kosten mit einer Kaution von 300 Euro (Kalt: 270 Euro, Nebenkosten: 90 Euro).

I will be going abroad for a semester and am therefore looking for someone wanting to live in my room for the next semester in Goettingen. My bright and big room of about 17 qm has two windows and it will be fully furnished as seen in the photos without my personal stuff:
- 1,60m x 2,00m bed
- desk with chair
- shelves, wardrobe
- mirrors
Additionaly the flat has a big bathroom with a great shower and a washing machine. The kitchen has a table to come together, an oven, microwave, herd and dishwasher, so everything you need. Erasmus students welcome!
The rent will be 360 Euros per month with a deposit of 300 Euros (cold rent: 270 Euros, extra charges: 90 Euros)
Die Wohnung befindet sich am nordöstlichen Rand von Göttingen in einer Wohnsiedlung, in dem schönen Stadtteil Weende. Ideal liegt der Nordcampus mit nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Fahrrad, sowie das Uni-Klinikum. Aber auch zum Zentralcampus oder der Innenstadt benötigt man nur 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Felder und kleine Wäldchen sind zum greifen nah und man ist trotzdem am Stadtleben angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Real, Aldi und Tegut sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächsten Busanbindungen sind in 8 Minuten Gehzeit zu erreichen.
The flat is located in the north and ideal for students needing to go to the north-campus or the university hospital (only 5 minutes with bicycle or 10 minutes by foot). The city centre with the main campus is also easy accesible in 10-15 minutes on a bicycle or by bus. There are many grocery shops near by and nature is near to relax.
Zusammen leben würdet ihr mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Maja (20). Sie studiert Agrarwissenschaften und freut sich auf gesellige Abende :) Sowie einer/einem potentiellen weiteren Mitbewohner/in.
You would live with my flatmate Maja (20 years old). She studies agricultural science and enjoys spending time together on evenings :) And there will hopefully be another person moving in the third room of our apartment during fall, the room is still available.
Wichtig ist vielleicht noch, dass wir eine Terrasse und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten haben. Für die Fahrräder haben wir einen guten Abstellplatz (Foto) und ein Auto kann an die Wohnstraße abgestellt werden.

The flat has a terrace and a communal garden (pictures). There is a bicycle stand and a car can be parked on the street.
