Schönes Zimmer in super 3er-WG

Die WG befindet sich in einer kleinen und ruhigen Straße und die Position ist ziemlich günstig: Zentral Kampus, Nordcampus, Einkaufsladen und Universitätssportzentrum sind echt leicht zu erreichen.
In unserem Gebäude sind wir die einzige WG, was bedeutet das nicht zu viel gefeiert werden kann. Die Nachbarn sind jedoch ganz nett, ins besondere Felix, ein kleiner Kater, der öfters in der Sonne am Eingang liegt und sich immer auf Gesellschaft freut. Im Hinterhof des Hauses gibt es auch einen kleinen gemeinsamen Garten, den wir auch Benutzten können.

Da uns Harriet leider gerade verlässt, und nach München zieht, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewonis. Wir sind Rania (29) und Giacomo (28), beide gesellige Menschen, mögen es sehr Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, kochen gerne zusammen, quatschen viel in der Küche und haben ab und zu auch schon gemeinsam die eine oder andere party besucht. Die wildesten Party-Zeiten sind aber definitiv schon hinter uns!
An Arbeitstagen sind wir meistens sehr viel in der Uni, da wir beide promovieren (Rania in Forstwissenschaften, Giacomo in Mathematik). Daher sind wir dann eher am Abend zu Hause und oft am Wochenende gemeinsam unterwegs.
Hier noch ein bisschen zu uns:
Rania ist eine hervorragende Köchin und immer auf der Suche nach neuer Rezepte zum Ausprobieren. In ihrer Freizeit strickt sie oft, backt Brot und zücktet ihre Ansammlung von Kräuterpflanzen wie Mintz, Oregano und Rosmarin. Außerdem ist sie oft am Hochschulsport um yoga zu machen und plant gerade seine Rückkehr in die Bouldering-Welt.
Giacomo treibt in seiner Freizeit gerne jede mögliche Art von Sport (Basketball, Bouldern, Volleyball, Akrobatik und Fußball) und ist auch oft für Spaziergänge und kleine Fahrradausflüge unterwegs. Ansonsten versucht er sich auch gerne in der Küche, neulich in der Pizza Kunst. Mit Rania teilt er sich übrigens eine große Leidenschaft fürs Wandern.
Wir suchen einen offenen Mensch und würden natürlich auch gerne Zeit gemeinsam verbringen, aber natürlich ohne Zwang und ist es gar kein Problem, wenn man sich mal lieber zurückziehen will.

--- Your room ----

Your future room is 14m2. Its window faces north but has a nice view with lots of green. The room is rented unfurnished even though if you like you can get a very good bed, table, bookshelf and wardrobe from the previous tenant for 50 euros.
Our flat has two more rooms, a small shared kitchen and a bathroom. Moreover Giacomo's room has a balcony which he is happy to share enjoying coffee in the sun or eating outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, espresso machine and blender. Finally in the basement there is space for bicycles and we have a private storage room with lots of space.

--- Position ---

The apartment is located in a small silent street with basically no cars around and the position is quite central: it takes very little to bike to the main campus, north campus, university sports center or the next super grocery store.
In our building we are the only share-flat which means that it is cozy and quiet but also that big parties are not allowed. The neighbors are quite friendly, in particular Felix, a small cat that spends most of its time chilling in front of the house entrance and is always looking for company.
Behind the building there is a small communal garden which we can also use.

--- WG-life----
Since Harriet is sadly moving to München a room is now free in our three people WG! Your new flatmates would be Rania (29) and Giacomo (28). We are both very open and social people, and like to spend time together in the flat by cooking, chatting over some coffee/beer and sometimes even go to parties (even though our party years are definitely over since some time). On work days we spend quite a bit of time at the university since we are both doing a PhD (Rania in forestry genetics, Giacomo in math). Therefore, we tend to be home only in the evening and often do stuff together on weekends.
Here is a bit more about us:
Rania loves to cook and is always looking for new recipes to try. She also knits, grows yeast and cultivates her own collection of aromatic herbs like mint, oregano and rosemary. Moreover, she is now doing yoga at the Hochschulsport and even planning a comeback to the Bouldering word.
Giacomo loves to do all kind of sports in his free time (Basketball, climbing, volleyball, acrobatics und football). When he is not doing that, he also does try himself in the kitchen, recently with a particular emphasis on pizzas. We also both share a passion for hiking in nature and mountains (too bad there aren't many around here, though!).
We are looking for an open-minded person who possibly plans to stay for a longer period of time. Naturally we would like to sometimes do things together but always respect personal and private time.
