Dein Zimmer ist befristest von Anfang September bis Ende Januar 2023. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt im 1. Stock und hat große Fenster. Es ist möbliert und hat 16 qm. Das Zimmer ist L-förmig geschnitten. Im Erdgeschoss ist auch noch unser Bad (mit Dusche und Fenster). Die Küche liegt im ersten Stock (die Treppe befindet sich innerhalb der Wohnung), von der Küche geht dein Zimmer ab. Die Küche ist modern, einem Herd mit Ceranfeld, einem Backofen und einem kleinem Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach. Alle Wohnungen im Wohnheim haben eine eigene Haustür, es ist quasi ein Reihenhaus.
Zum Wohnheim gehört ein Raum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, wo du deine Wäsche waschen kannst. Außerdem gibt es viele weitere Serviceangebote, wie z.B. Werkzeugausleih, Bierzeltgarnituren, etc und einen kleinen Garten zwischen den Häusern, den du benutzen kannst.
Your room is temporary from the beginning of September until the end of January 2023. Your future room is located on the 1st floor and has large windows. It is furnished and has 16 square meters. The room is L-shaped. On the first floor there is also our bathroom (with shower and window). The kitchen is on the first floor (the stairs are inside the apartment), from the kitchen goes your room. The kitchen is modern, a stove with ceramic hob, an oven and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. All apartments in the dormitory have their own front door, it is more or less a terraced house.
The dormitory has a room with washing machines and dryers where you can do your laundry. In addition, there are many other services, such as tool rental, beer tent sets, etc. and a small garden between the houses, which you can use.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zimmermannstraße direkt am Klinikum. Das heißt, die Wege sind in alle Richtungen sehr kurz. In 2 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung liegen zwei verschiedene Bushaltestellen (Linien 41, 42, 21, 22, 23).
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zum Uniklinikum 3 Minuten, zum Nordcampus 5 Minuten, zum Z-Campus 8 Minuten und in die Innenstadt 12 (großzügig gerechnet).
Mit dem Bus dauert es zum Z-Campus 10 Minuten, in die Innenstadt 12, zum Bahnhof 14 Minuten.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten (dm, tegut, Apotheke, Post) sind in 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (5 Minuten zu Fuß), Lidl, Netto und Rewe dauern mit dem Fahrrad etwa 6 Minuten (zu Fuß 15 Minuten).
Wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es in einer Fahrradbox unterstellen.
The apartment is located in Zimmermannstraße directly next to the clinic. This means that the distances are very short in all directions. Two different bus stops (lines 41, 42, 21, 22, 23) are within a 2-minute walk.
By bike it takes 3 minutes to the University Hospital, 5 minutes to the North Campus, 8 minutes to the Z-Campus and 12 minutes to the city center (generously calculated).
By bus it takes 10 minutes to the Z-Campus, 12 minutes to the city center, and 14 minutes to the train station.
Shopping facilities (dm, tegut, pharmacy, post office) are 3 minutes away by bike (5 minutes on foot), Lidl, Netto and Rewe take about 6 minutes by bike (15 minutes on foot).
If you have a bike, you can store it in a bike box.
Die WG gehört zu einem Studentenwohnheim, sodass du an einer der Unis in Göttingen eingeschrieben sein MUSST.
Ich werde von Sep- bis Januar im Ausland sein für ein Erasmusaufenthalt.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Sarafina. Sie ist 19 Jahre alt, kommt ursprünglich aus Hamburg und studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik im 3. Semester.

The shared flat belongs to a student dormitory, so you MUST be enrolled at one of the universities in Göttingen.
I will be abroad from Sep- to January for an Erasmus exchange.
Your future roommate is Sarafina. Her room is the one on the ground floor. She is 19 years old, originally from Hamburg and studies Business Informatics in the 3rd semester.
