Hii,
As I am leaving for my home one room becomes available from 1st Dec, 2022 to 1st January 2023. Room size is 11 meter square. Since it is just available for one month it is fully furnished. The advantage of the room is the large window front and the view out of it. Especially in the mornings the sun shines perfectly into the room. It is quiet here so you won't be distubed by any noises.
As for the rest, everything is available in the flat share: We have a nice, bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a very cozy and pretty balcony.
Dates can be extended a little, you can just write to me.
The best thing about this apartment is it's location. It is situated right next to penny (Grocery store) and bus stop( Rudolf Diesel straße) is just two minutes walk. There are other bus stops as well at 5 mins walk from where you can easily catch a bus for north campus. Central campus is 10 mins walk and 5 mins from cycle.
There is a big garden both in front and back of the apartment where you also chill.
Your two roommates are Constantin (studying theology and working) and Friedrich (studying medicine), both are friendly and very helping. You can ask them about anything and they will know what to do.
Constantin likes to build stuff and sing while friedrich likes to chill in balcony and play football.
You can always find them in and around kitchen or in balcony. We some time cook together or share a meal together. Go out to buy stuff together or just chill in kitchen. Everyone is free to withdraw from time to time without being a purpose-based flat share.
