Das Zimmer ist 7 m² groß. Es passt auf jeden Fall ein großes Bett rein, ein Schrank und, wenn man will, ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Ich habe aber bis jetzt immer problemlos in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer gelernt. Das Zimmer hat ein sehr großes Fenster und dadurch ist es sehr hell. Die Warmmiete beträgt 225€ warm, was perfekt ist, wenn man nicht zu viel ausgeben möchte, aber man trotzdem ein schönes Zimmer in Uninähe haben will.
The room is 7 m². A large bed fits in, a wardrobe and, if you want, a small desk. But I have always learned in the kitchen or in the living room without any problems. The room has a very large window, which makes it very bright. The rent including heating is €225, which is perfect if you don't want to spend too much but still want a nice room close to the university.
Die Wohnung befindet sich super nah an der Bushaltestelle "Lutteranger", an der alle Buslinien dich zum Zentralcampus/ins Zentrum bringen. Mit dem Bus bist du in 5 bis 10min in der Innenstadt, mit dem Fahrrad sind es je nach deinem Tempo 10 bis 15min. Der Hochschulsport und der Nordcampus sind super zu erreichen.
Keine 400m sind es zu Aldi und auch ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke sind unter 5min Fußweg zu erreichen, sowie ein kleiner Park :)
The apartment is super close to the "Lutteranger" bus stop, where all bus lines take you to the central campus/centre. The bus takes you to the city center in 5 to 10 minutes, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes by bike, depending on your speed. University sports and the north campus are easy to reach.
Aldi is less than 400m away and a baker and a pharmacy can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, as well as a small park :)
In deiner neuen WG leben Fabio und Michelle. Beide wohnen noch nicht lange in der WG, sodass das WG leben sehr in eurer Hand liegt.
Emily und ich zeihen beide zum Januar aus, es wird also noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei, womit niemand alleine in eine schon "gefestigte" WG ziehen muss :)
Bis jetzt hatten wir immer ein sehr entspanntes WG leben, wir haben oft zusammen in der Küche gesessen, waren zusammen unterwegs oder haben einen Film geguckt, aber alles nach dem Motto "alles kann, nichts muss".
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Fabio, Michelle und neben dir noch eine weitere Person.
Fabio (23) ist Italiener und macht gerade seinen Master. Man kann sich mit ihm auf English unterhalten, aber er gibt sein Bestes, um sein Deutsch zu verbessern.
Michelle (21) studiert jetzt in ihrem ersten Bachelorsemester und ist erst im Dezember in die WG gezogen.
Fabio and Michelle live in your new apartment. Both of them haven't lived in the shared flat for long, so living in the shared flat is very much in your hands.
Emily and I are both moving out in January, so there will be another room available, so no one has to move into an already "established" shared flat alone :)
Up to now we have always had a very relaxed flat share, we often sat together in the kitchen, went out together or watched a film, but everything according to the motto "everything is possible, nothing has to".
Your new roommates would be Fabio, Michelle and one other person besides you.
Fabio (23) is Italian and is doing his Masters, I mostly spoke English with him, but he is doing his best to improve his German.
Michelle (21) is now in her first bachelor's semester and only moved into the flat in December.
