The room is about 14 sqm, has a roof slope and has a large window with direct views of the leash.
The bed (see photos) could also be taken over for 20€ (if you would like to vote again with pre-rente) but is not a must 🙂 ↕️
The apartment has a total of 3 rooms, as well as kitchen and bathroom. It is located on the second floor, on the attic, which has roof bevels in all rooms, but which do not disturb by skillful places of furniture.
Bathroom and kitchen (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) are rather small, but are easy for two people without getting into the cross.
Except for the free room, the apartment is also sufficiently equipped (sofa, small dining table plus chairs, etc.). Of course, however, new furniture can also further embellish the apartment 🙂 ↕️
The third, smaller room serves very well as a living or dining room. It could probably be a bit more cosiness, but maybe this is a joint future project of us ☺️
Das Zimmer ist circa 14 qm groß, hat eine Dachschräge und verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit direktem Ausblick auf die Leine.
Das Bett (siehe Fotos) könnte für 20€ (müsste man nochmal mit Vormieterin abstimmen) auch mit übernommen werden, ist aber kein Muss 🙂↕️
Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 3 Zimmer, sowie Küche und Bad. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock, im Dachgeschoss, wodurch sie in allen Zimmern Dachschrägen hat, die aber durch geschicktes Stellen der Möbel nicht stören.
Bad und Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) halten sich eher etwas klein, reichen aber für zwei Personen locker aus, ohne dass man sich in die Quere kommt.
Bis auf das freie Zimmer, ist die Wohnung auch ausreichend ausgestattet (Sofa, kleiner Esstisch plus Stühle, etc.). Natürlich dürfen aber auch neue Möbel die Wohnung weiter verschönern 🙂↕️
Das dritte, kleinere Zimmer dient dabei sehr gut als Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer. Es könnte wahrscheinlich noch etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit vertragen, aber vielleicht ist das ja ein gemeinsames zukünftiges Projekt von uns ☺️
The apartment is located directly on the Leine in the Blümchenviertel, Göttingen Weststadt. By bike, walk or bus you can reach the railway station, the university and the city centre in a few minutes.
There are free parking spaces that can be used in front of the house and in parallel streets.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Leine im Blümchenviertel, Göttingen Weststadt. Mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ist der Bahnhof, die Uni und die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Freie Parkplätze, die genutzt werden können gibt es auch vor dem Haus und in den Parallelstraßen.

I am now in the 2nd semester of my Master's Programme Management, although I have been living in Göttingen for almost 2 1/2 years
I'm a little quiet myself, and I like to go back to my room when my social battery is exhausted. However, if we should be on a wavelength, then of course I am also in the kitchen for joint evenings or occasional feasting 😄
I would also say that I am a pretty decent person and not necessarily need a cleaning plan. If you find this more effective for you, of course, I am open to making a plan for us 🧼
In my spare time I am (big) Kpop fan and also go very regularly to concerts with my friends (i.e. you are likely to have some storm-free bud)🕺
Otherwise, I also like to spend my time with creative hobbies like crafting, baking or reading. For sport, I have to force myself to something from time to time, but through the great university sports offer I also found my ways ðŸTM‚ ↕️

Ich heiße Vivi, bin 23 und suche für das zweite Zimmer in unserer kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung eine neue Mitbewohnerin ab Mitte Juni/Anfang Juli☺️
Ich bin jetzt im 2. Semester meines Masterstudiums Management, wohne allerdings bereits seit knapp 2 1/2 Jahren in Göttingen 🤗
Ich selbst bin eher etwas ruhig und ziehe mich auch gern mal in mein Zimmer zurück, wenn meine social battery aufgebraucht ist. Wenn wir allerdings auf einer Wellenlänge sein sollten, dann bin ich natürlich auch für gemeinsame Abende oder das gelegentliche Festquatschen in der Küche zu haben 😄
Ich würde auch von mir behaupten, dass ich ein ziemlich ordentlicher Mensch bin und nicht unbedingt einen Putzplan brauche. Falls du das für dich allerdings effektiver findest, bin ich natürlich offen einen Plan für uns zu machen 🧼
In meiner Freizeit bin ich (großer) Kpop Fan und gehe auch sehr regelmäßig auf Konzerte mit meinen Freunden (d.h. du hast wahrscheinlich ab und zu mal sturmfreie Bude)🕺
Ansonsten verbringe ich meine Zeit auch gern mit kreativen Hobbies wie basteln, backen oder lesen. Zum Sport muss ich mich ab und zu mal eher etwas zwingen, aber durch das große Hochschulsport Angebot hab auch ich meine Wege gefunden 🙂↕️
