Ich bin Lea, 23, studiere Agrarwissenschaften und suche neue, nette Mitbewohnerin zu sofort oder später, da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin leider ausziehen musste. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Juni 2008 komplett renoviert, daher fallen beim Auszug keine Renovierungskosten mehr an. Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, ist sonnig und liegt zum Garten raus. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein (bisher wenig genutztes) Mansardenzimmer im Dachgeschoss. In dem Haus (Reiheneckhaus) wohnen noch 4 Studenten und ein nettes Ehepaar. Unsere Wohnung ist im EG und liegt günstig: Uni und City – mit dem Rad keine 10 Minuten, Einkaufen: Plus, Edeka, Lidl, Bäcker, Kiosk, Bank – keine 5 Minuten,
Leineufer: um die Ecke, Garten: hinter’m Haus. Kosten für Telefon und Internet-Flat haben wir uns bisher geteilt. Für weitere Infos, Fragen, Interessensbekundungen und so weiter einfach mailen.
