Meine Freundin, Sarah, wird für 6 Wochen verreisen und für die Zwischenzeit würden wir gerne eines unserer Zimmer untervermieten. Über den genauen Mietzeitraum können wir bei Interesse gerne nochmal reden.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer zeigt nach Osten mit Blick ins Grüne. Denn hinter dem Haus ist eine große Rasenfläche, die sich optimal zum Grillen oder geselligem Beisammensein eignet. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem großen und bequemen Bett (1,40m breit), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch (der jetzt noch nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, er wird noch hingestellt). Wir sind vor ca. einem Jahr in die Wohnung eingezogen und vorher wurde sie komplett renoviert.
Da ich voraussichtlich viel unterwegs sein werde, wirst du oft die Wohnung für dich alleine haben, inklusive dem Wohnzimmer. Die sehr gut ausgestattete und neue Küche und Bad sind geteilt.

My girlfriend, Sarah, will be travelling for around six weeks and in the meantime we would like to rent one of our rooms. The time of rental is not completely fixed and can be discussed if you are interested :)
Your room is headed to the east with a nice view into the garden behind the house. The garden is a nice place for barbecue or to meet with some friends. The room is completely furnished with a large and comfy bed (width: 1,40m), a wardrobe and a desk (which is not in the picture yet, but we will put it in the room). We moved into the apartment a year ago and before it has been completely renovated.
As I won't be in Göttingen all the time you will often have the whole apartment for yourself, including the living room. The well equipped kitchen and the bathroom are shared :)
Die Wohnung ist in einem Reihenhaus, in dem hauptsächlich Familien wohnen und liegt in der Weststadt von Göttingen. Die Straße vorm Haus ist nicht sehr befahren, sodass es immer schön ruhig ist!
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichst du in nur 3 Minuten und von dort aus bringt dich der Bus in 5-10 Minuten in die Innenstadt oder zum Zentralcampus der Uni. Falls du ein Fahrrad hast, bist du ebenfalls in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Stadt oder Uni. Den Bahnhof erreicht man auch fußläufig sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es jede Menge direkt vorm Haus.
Da wir sehr nahe an der Leine wohnen, kann man auch super laufen gehen und kommt schnell ins Grüne.
Nur 50 Meter entfernt gibt es einen türkischen Obst- und Gemüseladen mit super Qualität und unschlagbaren Preisen! Wenn es dann doch mal ein Supermarkt sein muss gibt es in der Nähe Penny, Netto und Edeka.

The flat is located in the western part of Göttingen where many families live. The street in front of the house is not very busy such that you will have it nice and quiet :)
You can get to the next bus stop in only 3 minutes and from there the bus will take you to the city center or the central campus of uni in 5-10 minutes. Also the train station is not very far and within walking distance. If you have a bike you get to the city center or university also in less than 10 minutes. There are plenty of parking slots available just in front of the house.
As we live very close to the Leine (river), this is a good location to go running or just enjoy the nature :)
Only 50 meters away there is a Turkish fruit and vegetable market with perfect quality and affordable prices! There are also supermarkets close by.
I am an economics student doing my master here in Göttingen. In my free time I enjoy running, bicycling and cooking, but some evenings I also just love to watch Netflix :) I would be very happy to spend time with you and get to know you and if you are new to Göttingen I can also show you the city.
I am looking forward to sharing the flat with you.
