In einer WG in der Göttinger Weststadt ist ein Zimmer an interessierte StudientInnen zu vergeben. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Dachgeschosswohnung, ist ca. 22 m² groß, sehr hell und wird teilweise möbliert angeboten. Es ist unbefristet ab dem 01.09. frei. Das Einzugsdatum können wir aber gerne besprechen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 319€ und beinhaltet bereits Heizung, Strom und Wasser. Die Kaution beträgt 616€. Hinzu kommt auch ein einmaliger Betrag in Höhe von 200€ für Küchengeräte (Küchenspüle, Kühlschrank, Herd) und Möbel im Zimmer. Dies könnte aber verhandelt werden.

In a flat in the Weststadt of Göttingen there is a room to be rented to interested students. The room is located in an attic flat, is about 22 m², very bright and is partly furnished. It is free starting on 1st September without a time limit. But of course can also discuss the moving-in date.
The monthly rent is 319€ and already includes heating, electricity and water. The deposit is 616€. Besides that, there is a single amount of 200€ for kitchen appliances (sink, fridge, cooker) and the furniture in the room. But this could be negotiated.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Weststadt in Göttingen, in der Nähe der St. Godehard Kirche. Praktisch vor unserer Haustür steht die Bushaltestelle Asternweg – mit den Linien 11 oder 12 kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof; innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Bis zum Z-Campus muss man ein bisschen laufen, aber der Weg ist trotzdem nicht lang.
Direkt neben uns gibt es den Karadeniz-Market, wo man immer orientalische Spezialitäten finden kann, sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse und (dank dem Metzger nebenan) frisches (Halal-)Fleisch. Wenn man aber ein Fan von den Discountern ist, gibt’s sowohl einen Penny (1 Km), als auch einen Netto (850 Meter) in der Nähe. Aber auch ein Edeka (900m) ist nicht weit weg. Wenn man längere Spaziergänge beim Einkaufen bevorzugt, kann man auch den Kaufland im Elliehäuser Weg besuchen.
Nicht weit weg von uns ist der Levinsche Park, sowie die Leine. Man kann dort sehr entspannt spazieren gehen. Auch das Naturerlebnisbad Grone ist zu Fuß erreichbar (1,1 Km).
The flat is located in the western part of Göttingen (Weststadt), near the St. Godehard Church. Almost in front of or building there is the bus stop Asternweg – with the bus lines 11 or 12 you can arrive at the train station within a few minutes; in less than 10 minutes you arrive at the city centre. You need to walk a bit until the Central Campus, but the way is not long.
Right beside us is the Karadeniz market, where you can always find oriental specialties, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables and (thanks to the buchers beside it) fresh (halal) meat. But if you are a fan of the German discounters, there is both a Penny (1 km) and a Netto (850m) near us. An Edeka (900m) is also not very far. If you like taking long walks on your way shopping, you can also go to the Kaufland on the Ellihäuser Weg.
Not far from us are the Levinscher Park, as well as the Leine river. Both places are awesome for relaxed walks. And also the Naturerlebnisbad Grone, a place with natural swimming pools, is reachable on foot (1,1 km).
Da das Zimmer groß ist, kann es auch für ein Paar geeignet sein!
