Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, hat hohe Decken sowie 2 große Fenster, durch die viel Licht in das Zimmer kommt. Die Wohnung hat weiterhin ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine), einen kleinen Balkon, ein Badezimmer mit Tageslicht und noch eine separate Toilette. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller.
Die Lage ist für Studenten ideal. In 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man am ZHG. Auch die Norduni ist mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit. Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad geht dann alles noch schneller. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Du wohnst mit Sina und Nils zusammen. Die beiden sind liebe und entspannte Mitbewohner. Am besten ihr lernt euch bei einem Besichtigungstermin kennen.
