Hallo, hier meine Idee:
eine Luxus WG um nicht allein zu wohnen.
Bei 3-4 Interessenten mieten wir ein riesiges Haus oder eine Villa mit allem drum und dran.
Bei Interesse sollte Geld nur eine Nebenrolle spielen. Es geht hier nicht um eine günstige Wohngemeinschaft sondern um eine Luxus WG um das Leben einfach nicht allein zu genießen.
