Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein bodentiefes Fenster. Aktuell wird das Zimmer als unsere Ankleide genutzt und ist dementsprechend wie neu :)
Gemeinsam nutzen wir das Wohnzimmer inkl. riesen Balkon, das relativ große Bad, die Küche und einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Da keine Möbel übernommen werden, kannst du das Zimmer einrichten wie du möchtest.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein LIDL, ein paar Meter weiter ein Rewe, ein Penny, ein türkischer Markt und die Uni ist zu fuß auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt bist du zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 maximal 15 Minuten.
Da das meine erste WG wird und ich damit noch keine Erfahrungen habe, müssten wir im Prinzip alle wichtigen dinge miteinander absprechen. Zusammen kochen, essen, Serien oder Filme schauen kann man natürlich auch. Ansonsten bin ich sehr ruhig und arbeite viel. Rauchen bitte nur auf dem Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Bin nicht so der Party Typ, also bitte auch keine Haus-partys feiern😁
Ein Kellerraum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ist vorhanden. Internet und Strom läuft bereits über mich.
