Hallo,
habe über eine Wohnungsgesellschaft das Angebot für eine vollmöbelierte 3 zimmerwohnung mit ins. 62m² Wohnfläche.
Mindestbelegung sind 2 Personen und die Warmmiete beträgt 250€.
Wohnung liegt 10min Fußweg vom Hbf. Gotha.
Ich persönlich rauche nicht und bin ein ordnungsliebender mensch.
Du als Mitbewohner solltest nicht in der Wohnung rauchen, und zumindestens die gemeinschaftsräume täglich sauber hinterlassen. m/w egal.
