Die Wohnung liegt im Industriegebiet, 3 min der Bus nach Großhadern und Pasing (jeweils 10 min entfernt)
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.02.2021 verfügbar.
Wir haben einen großen Garten, einen ganz lieben Dackel und einer Katze mit denen du kein Problem haben solltest.
Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert vermietet werden. Es handelt sich in unserer Wg um eine reine Zweck-WG.
Am Besten geeignet für uns wären Wochenend-Heimfahrer (hier würde sich die Miete verringern auf 350€!)
Bitte nicht wundern: die Bilder stammen vom Einzug, wo noch keine Möbel drinstehen. Das Zimmer ist mittlerweile weiß gestrichen, hat ein Bett, Lampe und Schreibtisch drinnen.

Das Zimmer auf dem Bild ist noch blau gestrichen, keine Sorge, das ist komplett weiß übermalt worden.
Die Fotos sind von unserem Einzug letzten Jahres, deswegen stehen da noch keine Möbel drinnen.
