I'm leaving my room in Graz from 30th of January.
It's very cheap, on a nice place, in a WG of 4 rooms. Apart of me there are 2 very nice flatmates (electrical and mechanical engineering students).
The flat is on Theodor-Körner-Strasse 174, 5 mins from the tram stop (15 mins to Jakominiplatz), or a bus stop (15 mins to Hauptbahnhof). 20 mins by bike to the KFU. Near the river, where the cycling in the morning is just beautiful and also some gorgeous running paths. Non-stop Billa is 5 mins walk (very useful since it's basically the only non-stop grocery store in Graz :-D)
