da ich die Uni verlassen werde, hast Du das Glück, mein wunderschönes und grandios gelegenes WG-Zimmer zu bekommen!
Das 12,5 qm große Zimmer reicht für einen Studenten komplett aus. Das Fenster schaut auf einen Hinterhof, in dem ein Baum und Hecken stehen. Mit dem Zimmer ist vieles möglich und freut sich auf eine neue künstlerische Ader.
Die Lage ist fantastisch:
-in unter 10 min zum Stadtmitte Campus
-in 3 min zum Penny oder Rewe
-5 min zum Hobbit und Hotzenplotz
-1 min zum H-Bus (und mit dem 5 min zum Lui oder 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof)
Zusammengefasst ist das Martinsviertel bekannt für seine vielen Bars und die nähe zur Tu Darmstadt.
Dein Mitbewohner ist ein unkomplizierter und netter Master Student, der das WG-Leben genießt. Vor wilden Partys, die unerklärlicherweise direkt vor einer wichtigen Klausur stattfinden, brauchst Du keine Angst zu haben. Genauso wird er Dir einer stehengelassener Teller nicht böse nehmen, den räumst Du einfach später einfach weg. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind aber obligatorisch.

-ein Kleiderschrank sollte mit übernommen werden (Ikea, circa 1,5 Jahre alt und hervorragend erhalten)
