Hallo, mein Zimmer wird im Juni bis Ende des kommenden Wintersemesters frei. Die Lage ist direkt vor der KF Uni. Die Miete beträgt in Summe mit allen Nebenkosten 270€ pro Monat. Das Zimmer hat 14m^2 Grundfläche und zusätzlich eine 6m^2 große Zwischenetage unter+auf der man normal stehen kann da die Raumhöhe sehr hoch ist. Die Höhe bis zur Unterkante Zwischenetage beträgt 185 cm.
Die Bewohner sind alle sehr nett und treffen meist in der Wohnküche aufeinander, spielen auch gern mal eine Runde Karten und/oder stoßen Abends mit einem Gläschen an. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich und weniger eine Party WG. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon in Richtung Süden. Bei Interesse einfach melden.
