Hey, wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG. ^^
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und das Bett, der Schreibtisch und der Schrank könnten nach Absprache übernommen werden. Einziehen würdest du ab 1. Juli.
Es gibt in der Wohnung einen Küchen- und Essbereich. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Abstelltraum.
Das Internet kostet 13€ im Monat.
Hey there! We are looking for a roommate for our shared apartment (1st of July).
The available furniture consists of a 1,40m x 2m sized bed (pillows and blankets are not included, but the mattress is if you wish), a desk and a cupboard.
The bathroom and toilet are separate. We also have a store room.
The additional costs (power, heating) are already included in your rent, only the wifi is extra (13€ a month).
Die Lage ist wahrscheinlich der größte Vorteil von dieser Wohnung. Zur KFU geht man nur 2 Minuten und auch Bus und Bim Stationen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Spar ist direkt um die Ecke, aber auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants und Clubs sind nur 10 Minuten weit weg. Da wir in einem Innenhof wohnen, ist es aber trotzdem ruhig.
Wir haben zwar keinen Balkon, aber das ist kein großes Problem, weil du auch im Stadtpark in 2 Minuten bist. Die Mur ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
The best thing about the apartment is that it's near KF University of Graz. All the public transports you might need are less then five minutes away from our place. Supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops or even thrift stores are not far away. Even the Schlossberg and the Murpromenade you can easily reach by foot.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen heißen Nina und Sofia. Nina (21) studiert Mathematik und begeistert sich für verschiedenste Ballsportarten. Sofia (21) kommt aus Kolumbien und lernt gerade Deutsch (Englisch ist also besser). Sie ist Klimaaktivistin. Beide sind offen für gemeinsame Gespräche und unternehmen auch gerne mal was, aber jede kann sich auch in ihr Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn sie mal Ruhe braucht. Ein respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang ist uns wichtig.

Your future roommates are Nina and Sofia.
Nina (21) is studying Maths and speaks both English and German. She loves to do all kind of ball sports.
Sofia (also 21) is from Colombia and arrived to Graz in March. Right now she’s learning German, so English is better for her. She’s a climate and feminist activist.
In general, both of them are open to explore around or have a chat, but also value their personal time.
