Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 4-Personen-WG. Die Wohnung hat 3 Etagen: die erste mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer und Toilette; die zweite mit 2 Schlafzimmern (deines eingeschlossen) und Badezimmer; die dritte besteht nur aus einem Schlafzimmer.
Die Hälfte der Zimmerdecke ist aus Glas, wodurch viel Licht hereinkommt :) Außerdem gibt es für die Nacht einen Vorhang, der die andere Hälfte des Zimmers abtrennt und eine gemütliche Dunkelheit garantiert. Unter der Glasdecke befindet sich eine eingebettete Arbeitsplatte, die sich hervorragend für eine Büchersammlung, kleine Dekorationen oder was auch immer du leicht zugänglich haben möchtest, eignet.
Ich könnte den Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, das Bett+Matratze und den Kleiderschrank verkaufen.

Your room is part of a 4 people flat. The flat has 3 floors: the first with kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and toilet; the second with 2 bedrooms [yours included] and bathroom; the third is a whole bedroom.
Half of the room ceiling is of glass, which means lots of light coming in :) Also, for the night, there is a curtain separating the other half of the room, guaranteeing a cozy darkness. There is an embedded countertop beneath the glass ceiling which is great for a book collection, small decorations or whatever you wanna have easy access to.
I could sell the desk, a chair, the bed+mattress and the wardrobe for you.
Das Hauptgebäude der Karl-Franzens-Uni ist 15min zu Fuß (5min mit dem Fahrrad) von uns entfernt. Es gibt einen Spar zwei Blocks entfernt und sowohl einen Hofer als auch einen Billa weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Stadtpark ist auch zwei Blocks von uns entfernt und es gibt einen kleinen Park mit Bänken direkt vor unserem Gebäude. Wir haben auch einen Innenhof.
Für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle an der Ecke und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle zwei Blocks entfernt. Wenn du Parkplätze suchst, kann René (einer der Mitbewohner) dich darüber informieren. :)

The Karl-Franzens Uni main building is 15min by foot (5min by bike) away from us. There is a Spar two blocks away and both a Hofer and a Billa less than 10min by foot away.
The Stadtpark is also two blocks away from us and there is a small grass space with benches right in front of our building. We also have an inner courtyard.
For public transport, there is a bus stop on the corner and a tram stop two blocks away. If you are looking for parking places, René (one of the flatmates) can inform you about that when you come visit. :)
Deine Mitbewohner werden René (Deutschland) und Bianca (Brasilien) sein. René arbeitet als Ingenieur und Bianca beendet ihre Promotion.
Die Hauptsprache in der Wohnung ist Englisch und Besucher sind immer willkommen. Wir freuen uns alle über gelegentliche Gespräche in der Küche und gelegentlich essen wir alle zusammen zu Abend. Wir sind sehr locker, haben wenig Regeln und lösen Konflikte immer im Gespräch.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der vorsieht, dass jeder eine Woche frei hat, eine Woche putzt und so weiter.

Your flatmates are going to be René (germany) and Bianca (brazil). René is working as engineer and Bianca is finishing her phd.
The main language in the flat is english and visitors are always welcome. We are all happy to have random chats in the kitchen, and occasionally we have dinner all together. We are very relaxed, don't have many rules and always solve any conflicts with talking it out.
We have a cleaning plan so that each person has one week free, one week work, and so on.
Die Kaution kann über zwei oder drei Monate bezahlt werden, da ich sowieso in der Nähe bleibe :)
