Das Zimmer hat etwa 25 qm und einen eigenen Balkon in einen ruhigen Innenhof, Parkettboden und viel Licht. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, von denen die anderen 2 kleineren zusammenhängen und die ich gerne für mich als Schlaf-und Arbeitszimmer nutzen würde. Die Küche ist voll gerätetechnisch ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für gemeinsames Zusammensitzen und Kochen. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ein Fenster. Das Beste an der Wohnung: es gibt Zugang zu einer gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse über einen Lift.
Es ist derzeit noch nicht möbliert, aber wenn nötig kann ich Bett (140), Kommode, Tisch und Regale rein stellen - bei Zwischenmiete zum Beispiel.
The room is about 25 square meters and has its own balcony in a quiet inner courtyard, parquet floors and lots of light. The apartment has a total of 3 rooms, of which the other 2 are smaller and which I would like to use as a bedroom and study for myself. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and offers enough space for sitting together and cooking. The bathroom has a bathtub and a window. The best thing about the apartment: there is access to a communal roof terrace via a lift.
It's not furnished at the moment, but if necessary I can put a bed (140), chest of drawers, table and shelves in it - for example, in the case of sub-letting.
Die Lage ist optimal, alles, was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe, Stadtpark/Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, aber man ist wirklich schnell überall. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Lange Gasse und Grabenstraße. Der Murradweg ist direkt um die Ecke, ein Spar und mehrere Cafés/Restaurants usw.
The location is ideal, everything you need in the immediate vicinity, city park / city center within walking distance. The area is rather quiet, but you can get everywhere really quickly. The nearest stops are Lange Gasse and Grabenstrasse. The Murradweg is just around the corner, a Spar and several cafes/restaurants etc.
Ich heiße Anna (29) und suche eine*n nette und entspannte Mitbewohner*in. Ich arbeite am Theater und ziehe deswegen im August nach Graz. Ich würde mich über ein entspanntes Zusammenwohnen freuen,
das die Ankunft in der Stadt erleichtert. Ich freue mich über Raum für gemeinsame Film-/Kochabende/Wandertage etc., aber muss mich manchmal auch zurückziehen können, weil mein Job recht anstrengend ist. Da es längerfristig den Plan gibt, dass mein Partner nach Graz nachzieht, bin ich auch offen dafür das Zimmer möbliert befristet zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stellen - für Erasmus Studierende oder Ähnliches. Die Untermiete wäre also befristet, aber der Auszugstermin ist komplett flexibel. Hauptsache wir verstehen uns gut.
Daher gerne jemand mit WG - Erfahrung. Ich will nicht nur zweckorientiert in einer WG wohnen, sondern finde Zusammenleben gut und freue mich dieses zu gestalten.
My name is Anna (29) and I am looking for a nice and relaxed flatmate. I work in the theater and that's why I'm moving to Graz in August. I'm happy to have share evenings for film/cooking evenings, have hiking days, etc., but sometimes I have to be able to withdraw because my job is quite exhausting. Since there is a long-term plan for my partner to move to Graz, I am also open to making the furnished room available for a limited period of time - for Erasmus students or the like. The sublease would therefore be limited, but the move-out date is completely flexible. The main thing is that we get along well. Therefore gladly someone with shared flat - experience. Falls du Interesse hast, aber erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt suchst, können wir gern drüber sprechen. 1.9. ist für mich auch möglich! Auszugstermin ist auch flexibel. Es gibt die Möglichkeit über einen direkten Zugang von der Straße, Fahrräder anzuschließen.
