Ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein wunderschönes 25m2 Zimmer in einer 3er WG in Geidorf. Wenn du nach einem großen, gemütlichen und ruhigen Zimmer suchst, hast du es hiermit gefunden :)
Über das Zimmer:
Es ist 25m2 groß mit hohen Wänden, einem großen Fenster, Parkett und einer wunderschönen Holzkonstruktion mit Pflanzen über dem Bett. Ich werde wahrscheinlich einige der Möbel für einen kleinen Preis dalassen, den wir uns ausmachen können.
Über die Wohnung:
Sie besteht aus den drei getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmern, einer gut ausgestattenen Küche mit anschließendem Esszimmer und Abstellkammer, einem kleinen Balkon in den Innenhof, Bad mit Dusche und WC und einem extra WC.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1.Stock eines Altbaugebäudes ohne Lift.
Wichtige Infos:
Miete: 415€
Strom, Heizung, Versicherung, Internet: +45€
Einziehen kannst du in der ersten Septemberwoche.
Der Mietvertrag für die Wohnung läuft bis 31. August 2024, wird danach aber verlängert.

I’m looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 25m2 room in a 3-WG in Geidorf. If you are looking for a big, cozy and quite room, that’s the perfect choice for you.
About the room-
25m2 approx. with high ceiling, a big window, Parkett and of course with a beautiful wooden construction over the bed with plants. I will probably leave some of the stuff for a friendly price that we will discuss on (:
About the apartment in general-
There are 3 separate rooms with separate entrances. It has a hallway, an equipped kitchen, dining area, a small balcony to the garden, bathroom with Shower and WC, extra WC.
The Apartment is on the 1st floor with no elevator in a beautiful Altbau building.
Lage:
Die Buslinien 39, 58, 63, 41 und 30 fahren direkt vor der Haustür (Wormgasse) weg. Spar und Billa sind 3 bzw. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Stadtpark liegt gleich ums Eck.

In der WG wirst du mit Sandra und Benedikt zusammenwohnen. Beide sind 24 Jahre alt, Sandra arbeitet bereits und Benedikt studiert an der KF Uni. Sie sind beide freundlich, hilfsbereit, legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und geben dir den Raum den du brauchst und möchtest, um dich zuhause zu fühlen :)
