wir (Leo, Erik und Marina) suchen ab August eine neue Mitbewohnerin*einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG in Geidorf. Direkt neben dem Magaretenbad, Stadtpark und Nähe Rosenhain sind auch die KF, PH und die PPH nicht weit entfernt. Die TU wäre auch in 15min zufuß gut erreichbar.
Zur WG:
Mit mir leben hier noch zwei männliche Mitbewohner, die absolut lieb und zuvorkommend sind. Am wichtigsten wären uns die Kommunikation und Ehrlichkeit. In unserer WG sollen sich alle wohlfühlen! Mein persönliches Highlight ist unser kleiner, blühender Balkon der Richtung grünen Innenhof gerichtet ist.
Zum Zimmer:
Das freie Zimmer ist nord-westlich ausgerichtet und bietet mit dem Innenhofblick wohl die schönste Aussicht aller Zimmer. Es ist ca. 18qm groß und hat durch die große Flügeltür, Fischgrätparkett, hohe Deckenhöhe auch den typischen Altbaucharakter.
