Aufgrund meines Auslandssemesters wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei und daher suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in! Der Einzug ist ab Mitte Februar oder spätestens März möglich und das Zimmer ist bis Ende August frei.
Das Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m2 groß und wird möbiliert übergeben, da ich nach meinem Auslandssemester wieder einziehen werde. Es bietet genug Platz für alles, was du zum Wohlfühlen brauchst. Aufgrund seiner großen Fensterfront ist das Zimmer sehr hell und gemütlich. Es verfügt über einen großen Balkon. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Schloßberg. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, ein Schrank, ein Bücherregal und ein Schreibtisch. (Meine persönlichen Gegenstände entfernen ich natürlich, damit du genug Platz hast.)
Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 90 m2 und besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, Bad, separatem Klo und Küche. Die Küche ist mit Backrohr, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank, viel Stauraum usw. gut ausgestattet, nur Geschirrspüler gibt es keinen. Das hat für uns aber bis jetzt aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, wovon der eine von der Küche, der andere von den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern aus begehbar ist.

Because of my semester abroad, a room is becoming available in our shared flat. Therefore, we are looking for a new flatmate! Moving in is possible from mid-February or March at the latest and the room is available until the end of August, but it is also possible to rent the room only until the end of June.
The room:
The room is approx. 17 m2 in size and offers enough space for everything you need to feel comfortable. The room will be handed over furnished, and of course I will remove my personal belongings. Due to its large window front, the room is very bright and cozy. It has a large balcony. You have a wonderful view of the Schloßberg.
The rent including operating costs (€330) and internet (€13) is €343 per month. A deposit of one month's rent is required.
The apartment:
The apartment has a total of 90 m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, large fridge, lots of storage space etc., but there is no dishwasher. However, this has not bothered us so far. The apartment has 2 balconies, one of which is accessible from the kitchen and the other from the other two bedrooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Geidorf, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Karl-Franzens-Universität entfernt. Man ist sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Rad ganz schnell in der Innenstadt. Ein paar Eckdaten (laut Google, mit Rad):

Technische Universität: 6min
Karl-Franzens-Universität: 2min
Jakominiplatz: 7min
Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Spar. Außerdem ist der Geidorfplatz in der Nähe, der eine super Verkehrsanbindung bietet.
Man ist ganz schnell im Grünen, hinter dem Haus befindet sich nämlich der Rosenhain und auch der Stadtpark ist ganz nah. Im Sommer kann man auch super im Margaretenbad ums Eck entspannen!
The apartment is located in the district Geidorf, just a 5-minute walk from the Karl-Franzens-University. You can get to the city center very quickly. A few key data (according to Google, by bike):

There is a Spar directly in front of the building. Geidorfplatz is also nearby, which offers excellent transport connections.
You can be in the countryside very quickly, as there is Rosenhain behind the house and the city park is also very close. In summer, you can also relax in the Margaretenbad around the corner!
Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Kathi (26), die Psychologie und Anglistik studiert und Marie-Theres, (24) die Pharmazie studiert. Beide arbeiten neben dem Studium. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr lieb und ihnen ist Rücksicht aufeinander, Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und ein gutes Miteinander wichtig.
You will share the flat with Kathi (26), who is studying English and American Studies and Psychology, and Marie-Theres (24), who is studying Pharmacy. They both work besides their studies. The flatmates are very kind and considerate of each other, tidiness and cleanliness in the communal areas and good cooperation are important to them.
