Das Zimmer ist ca 11 m2 groß und hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Hof hinaus, daher ist es trotz der zentralen Lage nicht wirklich von dem Verkehrslärm der Elisabethstraße betroffen. Es ist unmöbliert bis auf den Schreibtisch (siehe Fotos) den man entweder für eine Ablöse von 30€ behalten kann, oder sonst auch entfernen kann :). Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Balkon, Küche mit Esstisch, Waschmaschine und Küchenbalkon, Badezimmer, getrenntes Klo, sowie einen Schrankraum und eine Dachterasse für die allgemeine Nutzung (Hochhaus).
Miete warm: 450€ (exklusive WLAN und Strom)
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des Univiertels und man erreicht zu Fuß so ziemlich alles! Die Karl-Franzens- Universität, ein Spar und sämtliche Verkehrshaltestellen sind in 5 minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Bus/Straßenbahn ist man in etwa 10 Minuten am Jakominiplatz.
Wir sind eine 18-jährige Jus-Studentin und eine 26-jährige Psychologie-Studentin, die aber Ende Juli auch ausziehen wird. Vom Alter her wäre also alles bis ca 23 ideal (So streng ist das aber nicht ;)) Wir freuen uns auf alle Anfragen und dich kennenzulernen!
