Zimmer Nr. 2 ist noch frei (Beim Grundriss sieht man's gut)Die zwei Fenster sind Richtung Halbärthgasse. Es hat fast 33m^2 und ist dadurch sehr geräumig.
Die Küche befindet sich mehr oder weniger im Gang. Sie ist auch das erste was man sieht wenn man durch die Haustür geht. Das Bad und das WC sind getrennt.
Die Lage ist perfekt für StudentInnen, weil sie direkt gegenüber vom KF Hauptgebäude ist.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.
Spar und andere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, genauso wie etliche Lokale. In der Innenstadt ist man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß
In der WG wird eine Freigänger Katze mit einziehen (Bella, 13). Du solltest also unbedingt Katzen gerne haben 🐈⬛
Ansonsten bin bisher nur ich in der Wohnung (Hannah, 24). Zurzeit arbeite ich als Büroangestellte, bin aber eigentlich gelernte Werbetechnikerin
Das schöne ist, wir können uns das WG Leben so aufbauen wie es passt, ganz egal ob Zweck-WG oder nicht. Das einzige worauf ich Wert lege, ist ein Putzplan für die Gemeinschaftsräume 🍕
