Das Zimmer ist 21m^2 groß. Es ist also das 2. größte Zimmer in der Wg. Wenn Interesse besteht, kann das Bett gerne übernommen werden. :)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Hauptuni und damit nahe der Zinzendorfgasse mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften, Cafes etc. und dem Univiertel mit Lokalen zum Fortgehen. Zusätzlich ist man direkt an vielen Bus und Bim Linien (63, 39, 41, 31, 1, 7, 64), die einen zum HBF, Griesplatz, Lendplatz, Jakominiplatz etc. bringen können.
Am besten ist jedoch, dass der Stadtpark nur 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt liegt :)

The apartment is very centrally located, right next to the main university and therefore near the Zinzendorfgasse with many restaurants, shops, cafes etc. and the university district with places to go. In addition, you are directly on many bus and tram lines (63, 39, 41, 31, 1, 7, 64), which can take you to the main station, Griesplatz, Lendplatz, Jakominiplatz, etc.
The best thing, however, is that the city park is only a 3-4 minute walk away :)
In deiner zukünftigen WG hast du 4 Mitbewohner*innen. Michi (29) Toningenieurabsolvent, Kris (23) die ihren Master in Communication Design macht und Emi (21) die aktuell Jus studiert. Hannah (21) die ebenso noch hier wohnt, ist leider auch am ausziehen. Bei gelegentlichen Spiele- und/oder Kochabenden sitzen alle gerne zusammen und Besuch ist auch immer herzlich willkommen.
Das WG Klima ist sehr angenehm und es hält auch jeder die Wohnung schön sauber (dank patentiertem Putzplan ;)). Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor ca. 5 Jahren grundsaniert und eine tolle neue Küche wurde eingebaut in der gerne mal gemeinsam gekocht wird. Das recht ausgiebige Gewürzregal ist für alle da. Einfach zugreifen!
Der Balkon ist groß genug für ein paar Leute die draußen frühstücken oder auch ein Bierchen trinken wollen. Man muss auch nicht groß aufpassen dass es zu laut ist, wir haben keine empfindlichen Nachbarn ;-)
Unser kleiner Kräutergarten auf dem Balkon war im Sommer auch ganz schön grün. Und mit frischen Kräutern zu kochen war nochmals etwas ganz besonderes.

In your future shared apartment you will have 4 roommates. Michi (29) a sound engineering graduate, Kris (23) who is doing her master's degree in communication design and Emi (21) who studies law. Hannah (21) who is also currently living here is unfortunatly also moving out. Everyone enjoys sitting together at occasional games and/or cooking evenings and visitors are always welcome.
The shared climate is very pleasant and everyone keeps the apartment nice and clean (thanks to the patented cleaning plan ;)). The entire apartment was completely renovated about 5 years ago and a great new kitchen was installed where people enjoy cooking together. The quite extensive spice rack is there for everyone. Just grab it!
The balcony is big enough for a few people who want to have breakfast outside or drink a beer. You don't have to worry too much about it being too loud, we don't have sensitive neighbours ;-)
Our little herb garden on the balcony was pretty green in the summer. And cooking with fresh herbs was something very special.
Der Preis ist all inclusive: d.h. Miete, Heizung, Strom, Wlan, Haushaltsversicherung. Auch diverse Preiserhöhungen haben wir schon hinter uns, es sollte also erstmal nichts mehr dazu kommen.

The price is all inclusive: i.e. rent, heating, electricity, WiFi, household insurance. We've already had various price increases, so there shouldn't be any more for now.
PS: Because Hannah is also looking for a new tenant, 2 rooms are available in the flat share.
