The room is nice and bright and clean. You can hear the street a bit with the window open, but it wasn't a problem for me. The furniture of the room can be taken over for 200€ and includes:
-Bed
-Mattress
-Cupboard
- TV table
-Desk
-Chair
One disadvantage of the apartment is that we don't have a dining table because there isn't much space for it in the kitchen or the hallway. Otherwise, pretty much everything you need is there, such as cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a kettle.
I believe the location is great! I like to walk about 15 minutes to KF-Uni or cycle 5 minutes as the trail is very nice, but bus stops are also only 4-8 minutes away, depending on the situation. It also takes 5 minutes to spare. Jakominiplatz is about 10 minutes away by bus or bike.
Your roommates will be Benjamin (30) and Toni (22). Benjamin is Austrian, studies psychology and has lived in the apartment for the longest time. He also has the coolest room + couch where we often chat in the evening. Toni is Spanish and studies music at the KU. But don't worry, he very rarely plays the trumpet in the apartment and if he does, he asks beforehand. :D You can also have a great conversation with him, but better in English (or Spanish).
Since I am moving away from Graz, I, unfortunately, have to leave the shared flat, otherwise, I would have liked to stay there longer. Both roommates are extremely warm and sweet. I got along super well with both of them and enjoyed spending time with them. However, we are all very busy, which is why there are days when we don't get to see each other much. Moreover, if there should be any, you can always address any kind of problem in the shared flat. We are all honest and value good communication, so hopefully you too!
