Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat 2 Fenster, die für gutes Licht sorgen. Die Doppelfenster sorgen dafür, dass man den Straßenverkehr nur sehr leise war nimmt.
Unmöbliert, bis auf einige Möbelstücke (Absprache)
Von der Wohnung braucht man zu Fuß nur ca. eine Minute zur KF Uni und ca 2 zum Stadtpark. Es gibt super Busverbindungen zur Innenstadt und auch einen nicht weit entfernten Supermarkt.
Unter den jetzigen Bewohner:innen funktioniert alles sehr harmonisch, der Putzplan wird gut eingehalten und die Zahlung der Miete ist immer pünktlich. Wir haben niemanden der sehr laut ist oder für ein schlechtes Klima sorgt.
Im Juli würde auch ein 2. Zimmer in der WG frei werden.
