Da ich aus meiner 3er WG ausziehe wird ab Juli ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat 22^2 und ist südseitig ausgerichtet (ganzjährig Sonne). Man schaut direkt auf ein paar Bäume (keine Nachbarn gegenüber)
Die Wohnung ist direkt im Univiertel- man braucht zu Fuß 5' zur KF/ Resowi und 5-10' zur Brandhofgasse/ Reiterkaserne.
Die Bushaltestellen mit den Linien 63/64/31 sind in 3-5' erreichbar auch zur Bim-Haltestelle mit den Nummern 1/7 sind es zu Fuß max 7'.
Spar, Sorger, Auer sind auch in 5' erreichbar.

As I will be moving out of my shared flat with 2 roommates, a room will be available from July.
The room has 22m^2 and is south facing (sun all year round). You have a direct view of a few trees (no neighbours opposite)
The flat is right in the university quarter - you need to walk 5' to the KF/ Resowi and 5-10' to Brandhofgasse/ Reiterkaserne.
The bus stops with the lines 63/64/31 can be reached in 3-5' and the tram stop with the numbers 1/7 is a max. 7' walk away.
Spar, Sorger and Auer are in 5' walking distance.
Da nicht nur ich ausziehe,sondern auch eine Mitbewohnerin, werden in der Wohnung 2 Zimmer frei. Das heißt ideal für Freunde die zusammenziehen wollen;)
Die Miete beträgt 394€ inklusive Strom, Heizung und Versicherung
