Hello dear flat share seekers!
My approx. 25m2 room in our beautiful old apartment right next to the university is becoming available! You could move in from Juli 1st or even earlier.
The 4-room apartment is characterized by its high ceilings, which makes every room seem even bigger and the large windows let in a lot of daylight.
The apartment is a real dream for KF students, as it is located in the middle of the student quarter. The main university and Resowi are practically on the doorstep. The TU and the Med-Uni are also only 10 minutes away by bike.
The bus station, a Spar supermarket and several bakeries, bars and restaurants are also right on the doorstep. Hilmteich, Rosenhain and Stadtpark are also not far away (if you need a bit of nature and peace and quiet to relax).
It's also no more than 15 minutes from the apartment to the city center. As you can see, the location is really hard to beat!
Your potential future flatmates include:
Sofie (29), teaching student for chemistry and math, works part-time in gastronomy, loves to bake and is always up for playing „schnappsen“.
Karo (24), a medical student, always has an open ear, likes to cook on a grand scale and enjoys being surrounded by people.
Tim (26), also a medical student, is committed to his studies, he likes soccer on the field and on the Playstation and in the evening he likes to go out with friends.
We are out and about a lot, whether at university, studying, working, playing sport or with friends. So it's all the nicer when we meet up in the kitchen and spontaneously spend time together.
We all love cooking and baking, so our large kitchen comes in handy! We also have a cleaning plan and generally place great importance on cleanliness.
We always have an open ear for each other and privacy is always respected.
The rent is 415,00 € and includes everything (electricity, heating, WLAN...). The deposit is 1000€. The wardrobe, sofa and chest of drawers are available in your potential future room and I would be happy if you could take them over for a fee. They are tailored to the dimensions of the room and fit together perfectly. The large room also offers plenty of space for you to decorate yourself.
