Die Wohnung hat eine helle Wohnküche mit Speis und Geschirrspüler, über den Balkon (westseitig) fällt der Blick in den grünen Innenhof, außerdem ist das Badezimmer (tageslicht) ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Doppelwaschbecken. WC extra, großzügiger Vorraum
zentral gelegen 1 min zu Fuß zur KFU, Öffi, Stadtpark, 5 min Hauptplatz, 10 min alte/neue Technik... Einkaufsmöglichkeit und zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe, trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig weil sie sich in einer kleinen Seitengasse (Einbahnstraße) befindet. Fahrradabstellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haueingang. Parken ist auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der Gasse und der Umgebung immer möglich.
