In einer netten 3er WG (95m²) wird ab Mitte Mai ein sonniges 18m² Zimmer frei.
Die Miete beträgt ca. 340€; BK, Strom, Gas und Internet sind enthalten, es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, für Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank sind ca. 150€ Ablöse zu bezahlen.
Es ist ein kleiner Balkon vorhanden welcher zwar bei einem anderen Zimmer dabei ist, aber von allen benutzt werden kann. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche und Badewanne, WC ist separat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock.
Ruhige Lage im Bezirk Geidorf, perfekt für Studierende der Uni!
Alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar:

Es wird ein/e freundliche/r, ordentliche/r und zuverlässige/r Student/in gesucht. Derzeit wohnen eine Psychologie Studentin (24) und BWL Student (29) in der WG. Das Wohnklima ist angenehm und man unternimmt auch manchmal etwas gemeinsam (was trinken gehen etc.)
