Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß, ist kein Durchgangszimmer und hat ein großes Fenster mit Jalousien. Im Moment befindet sich ein Bett, ein Kasten, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher im Zimmer. Dies kann auf Wunsch abgelöst werden (Preis verhandelbar). Das Zimmer hat Kabel-TV-Anschluss und ist vor ca. einem Jahr neu (weiß) ausgemalt worden. Der Boden ist, so wie das komplette Zimmer, in einem sehr guten Zustand! Die ca. 10 m² große Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen! Die Wohnung ist Wohnbeihilfefähig! Einfach vorbeikommen und anschauen!
Bim und Bus zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. KF-Uni zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten, TU Graz in etwa 17 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt beinahe direkt im Univiertel und auch der Stadtpark, sowie das Zentrum sind nicht allzu weit entfernt. Spar, Billa, Bipa etc. sind auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Parken kann man in der grünen Zone direkt vor dem Haus oder in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage (jeweils Extrakosten!).
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, Student und arbeite 3 Tage in der Woche. Bin begeisterter Musiker, Sportler (aktiv und passiv) und auch keiner Party abgeneigt. Freue mich auf gemütliche WG-Abende und das eine oder andere Fifa-Match auf der Playstation! Die ca. 10 m² große Terrasse bietet genug Platz zum Entspannen!
