WG-Zimmer im Univiertel zu vermieten!
Da ich von Juli/August (2016) bis Mitte Februar (2017) nicht da bin möchte ich mein Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG gerne untervermieten. Du würdest mit meinen super netten, spaßigen und aufgeweckten Mitbewohnern direkt im Univiertel wohnen!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß und die Altbauwohnung misst insgesamt 100 m², die auf Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und extra WC aufgeteilt sind.
Der Gemeinschaftsgarten mit überdachtem Fahrradabstellplatz und Wäscheleine steht frei zur Benützung und auch ein Kellerabteil ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Elisabethstraße im Univiertel und somit sind die KF-Uni, Spar, Stadtpark, TU, etc. in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die nächste Bim-Station (1,7-direkte Verbindung zum Jakominiplatz, Bahnhof) ist 300m entfernt und auch die 31er Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 300€ inkl BK, Strom und Internet (provisionsfrei). Im Zimmer bleiben: Bett, Schrank, Kommoden, Couchsessel, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl. Kaution wäre 700€ (für meine Möbel und die Wohnung).
Falls du Interesse hast und zu einer Besichtigung vorbei kommen willst, melde dich einfach per PN oder unter . Besichtigungen ab sofort möglich.

Great room in shared flat up for rent!
As I’m not here from July/August (2016) until mid-February (2017), I’m looking for somebody who wants to rent my room. The entire flat has 100m² and is divided into a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC. The room you would rent has 18m². The room comes with a bed, a table, a cupboard, three smaller cupboards and an armchair. The security deposit is 700€ (for the furniture and the flat). The rent is 300€ including all running costs, internet and electricity.
The flat has also access to a garden which you can use and also park your bike. The flat is located directly in the “Univiertel” which means that the University of Graz, food stores, public transportation, the city center,… are in walking distance. Also there are many bars and clubs in the area.
The room is part of a shared flat and you would have two other roommates, a girl and a boy.

Alle Verkehrsanbindungen, der Stadtpark, Uni (KF und TU), Partymeile, Innenstadt,... alles in max 15 Gehminuten erreichbar ;)
Meine Mitbewohner sind sehr offen und freundlich. Idealerweise suchen wir keine Zweck WG, sondern sind auch miteinander befreundet. Es wird zusammen gekocht, gefeiert und manchmal lassen wir den Tag bei einem gemütlichen Bier/Wein ausklingen :)
