Die Altbauwohnung (ca. 98 m²) befindet sich in Geidorf, Lange Gasse und liegt im 3.OG mit Balkon und Ausblick auf den Schlossberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind vorhanden. Neben den Straßenbahnlinien (4,5) und Bus (41) und einem guten Radweganschluss bist du in 15 Gehminuten am Grazer Hauptplatz oder auf der KFU.
Die Wohnung wurde gerade kernsaniert und befindet sich in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Küche, Bad und WC sind neu und komplett eingerichtet.
