Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit seinen zwei Fenstern mit Blick auf den grünen Innenhof.Daher auch sehr ruhig. Möbel nehme ich mit aber einen Spiegel der an der Wand fixiert ist würde ich (ohne Ablöse) da lassen.
Unis (KF und Alte und Neue Technik) sind mit dem Fahrrad und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in nur ca. 10 min erreichbar. Besonders günstig liegt die Wohnung außerdem für StudentInnen der Pädagogischen Hochschule. Apotheke sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Banken befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ist angenehm ruhig. Perfekt für jemanden der auch gern sein eigenes Ding durchzieht, da alle Mitbewohner mehr oder weniger, wenig Zuhause sind aber alle sehr nett und aufgeschlossen.
