Hallihallo!
Unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin hat sich entschlossen in ein Haus zu ziehen und nun suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Nur Mitbewohnerin deshalb, weil unser Vermieter offenbar bessere Erfahrungen mit gemischten WGs hatte und langfristig nur eine Frau für das Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 18m2 groß, durch ein großes Fenster kommt viel Licht herein, man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Grüne und dahinter sieht man das RESOWI-Zentrum (Universität).
Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden (Schreibtisch, Couch, Wandregal, Bett).

Our lovely roommate chose to live in a house with garden, so we are looking for a new one. Since our landlord made good experiences with mixed WGs, in the long run, he just wants a girl in the room.
The room is 18 sqm. Due to a big window there is a lot of light in the room. The view is beautiful. Just garden, trees and in the background the RESOWI-Center (University).
Die WG hat eine super Lage, gleich neben der Haupt-Uni, nahe an allen anderen Unis und per Bus / Bim gut angebunden an die FH Joanneum und den Bahnhof, sowie das Stadtzentrum. Das Zentrum ist auch gut zu fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Nahversorger und Lokale gleich in der nächsten Gasse versorgen mit den wichtigsten Dingen. Auch in die Natur hat man nicht weit. Rosenhain, Stadtpark und Hilmteich bzw. Leechwald sind 5-15min zu Fuß entfernt.
The flat is located right next to the main University, close to all the other Universitys and well connected to FH Joanneum, train station and the city center via public transports. The center is also in walking distance. Some little shops and many restaurants in the vicinity cover the student's basic needs.
In der Wohnung wohnen derzeit Martin und Ich. Martin ist ausserhalb der Studienzeiten relativ selten in der Wohnung und studiert Physik.
Ich studiere Lehramt und arbeite als Schulassistent, Kletterlehrer und Fotograf.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist herzlich, je nach allgemeinem Stresslevel mal eher ruhig, mal gesellig, mal unternehmungslustig. Wir haben einen Putzplan und teilen uns einige Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs.
Wir suchen eine Person für geselliges, freundschaftliches Zusammenleben, gemütliches Plaudern und gelegentliche gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
Wir haben eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Sitzecke, Geschirrspüler und vielen Küchenutensilien, sowie einen suuuuper feinen Balkon.
Das Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ist getrennt vom WC begehbar.
Ach ja, die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock mit Lift, auf Augenhöhe mit den Baumkronen mit Vögeln und Eichhörnchen ;)
Und als Bonus hat das Gebäude noch eine, von allen Bewohnern nutzbare, herrliche Dachterrasse einen Stock höher. Von dort sieht man über Graz und auf den Schlossberg.

In the kitchen there is a table, bench and chairs, as well as a dishwasher and a lot of cooking-equipement. We have a suuuuuper nice balcony.
The bathroom with bathing tub and washing machine is separate from the toilet.
The flat is located on the 6th floor, there is an elevator.
