Bei uns ist ab sofort ein Zimmer (unmöbliert) frei - ca. 20m² und 400€ all inclusive (+Internet). Die sehr coole Altbauwohnung (ca. 98 m²) befindet sich in 8010 Geidorf.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Neben den Straßenbahnlinien (4,5) und Bus (41), sowie einem guten Radweganschluss ist man in 15 Gehminuten am Grazer Hauptplatz oder auf der KFU. Der Balkon ist natürlich auch was Feines!
Wir - Suza (27) und Anna (22) sind 2 gemütliche Mitbewohnerinnen die gerne und oft zusammensitzen und das Leben beplaudern. Wir trinken gerne einmal etwas zusammen, gehen ins Theater, etc. Jedenfalls lebt es sich hier miteinander und nicht nebeneinander.

PS: Ein Kater wäre auch da – Bruno heißt er, und er kratzt nur manchmal, aber eigentlich ist er ganz ok.
