Hallo Zusammen! Ich vergebe mein Zimmer in einer 4er WG in der Heinrichstraße (Nähe Hilmteich, botanischer Garten) ab sofort!
Die Haltestelle der Linien 1, 58 und 41 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zur Medizinischen Uni und zur Karl-Franzens-Uni sind es mit dem Rad 5-10 Minuten. Das helle Zimmer hat 11 qm (Schrank, Doppelbett und Schreibtisch haben gut Platz -> siehe Fotos). Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
Die WG befindet sich im 2. Stock, ist 2017 als Erstbezug eines neuen Wohnhauses gegründet worden und ist sehr großzügig. Sie besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine) und einem großem Bad (inkl. Waschmaschine). Das Klo is extra. Außerdem sind 2 große Balkone in 2 Himmelsrichtungen vorhanden, auf denen viel Platz zum Grillen etc ist. In der WG hast du 3 weitere, aufgeschlossene Studenten um dich.
Die Miete beträgt 332,55€ (inkl. Heizung, Strom und Internet)
Die Kaution beträgt 1100€, da alles sehr gut ausgestattet ist.
