Die Wohnung besteht, wie am Übersichtsplan gut erkennbar ist, aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern (jeweils ca. 14 m²), einem Küche-/Wohn-/Ess-zimmer sowie einem Vorraum im Eingangsbereich und einem Bad/WC.
Die Wohnung befindet sich gerade im Bau daher stehen leider noch keine Fotos zur Verfügung. Sie ist hell, ruhig und besitzt einen ca. 8 m² großen Balkon. Die Miete beläuft sich geschätzt auf ca 390€ - 410€ pro Person( Da noch keine Erfahrungswerte im Bereich Heizkosten vorliegen).
Die Wohnung liegt von der Straße abgewandt in der Heinrichstraße. In direkter Nähe befindet sich die KFU sowie die Vorklinik. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die MedUni ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in ca 15min erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich studiere jetzt das erste Semester Medizin und bin noch auf der Suche nach einem netten Mitbewohner oder einer netten Mitbewohnerin.
