Very bright and charming apartment with a wonderful view onto the city park and (if not covered behind leaves) the Schlossberg. The apartment has been renovated a view years ago and was furnished with lots of love.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Innenstadt und Univiertel, gegenüber vom Stadtpark, also sehr zentral und (zumindest ohne Corona-Maßnahmen) in einer lebendigen Umgebung mit vielen Cafés und Lokalen direkt ums Eck, aber auch mit der Möglichkeit in den warmen Monaten die Zeit im Grünen zu verbringen.
5 min zu Fuß zur Hauptuni, 10 min zur KUG und Alten Technik und somit ideal für Studierende

The apartment is between the university quarter and the city centre opposite the city park. So, it's in a very lively neighbourhood with many cafés, restaurants and bars but also with the opportunity to enjoy the upcoming warm months outside in the park.
5 min walk to the main campus of the University of Graz, 10 min walk to the KUG and TU (old campus)
10 min walk to the main square
Bus number 31 and 39 within 1 min, but almost everything is reachable by foot and at least by bicycle
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit einer Lehramtsstudentin teilen, die im Sommersemester mit ihrer Masterarbeit beschäftigt sein wird, sich aber hin und wieder über Ablenkung in Form von gemeinsamen Essen, einem gemütlichen Tee am Nachmittag oder ein Bier am Abend freuen wird :)
Your flatmate is studying education and will be busy with her master thesis during that time. Nevertheless, she will need someone to distract her from writing every now and then with shared lunch, a tea in the afternoon or a beer in the evening :)
