Das Zimmer ist im 4. Stock und besitzt eine leichte Dachschräge, dadurch ist es sehr hell und gemütlich. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Es gibt einen Dachboden der als Abstellraum genutzt werden kann, ebenso wie ein Kellerabteil und Räumlichkeiten zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Im Innenhof gibt es auch Parkplätze.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch die freie Mitbenutzung des Gemeinschaftsgarten z.B. Zum Grillen oder in der Sonne sitzen.
Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Uni Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Minuten zufuß entfernt. Bushaltestelle der Linie 39 ist nur 1 min entfernt.
Die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar mit dem Fahrrad (10 min) oder zufuß (20 min).
Der Stadtteil Geidorf ist sehr beliebt da er zentral liegt aber dennoch ruhig und eine sehr angenehme Wohngegend ist.
Sara (19) studiert Psychologie und Nour (26) Transkulturelle Kommunikation. Beide sind sehr unkomplizierte und liebenswerte Mitbewohnerinen, die immer ein offenes Ohr haben und auch gerne mal zusammen etwas unternehmen. Die Privatsphäre wird aber ebenso respektiert.
