Dein Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett (140x200) und Matratze, einen Nachttisch mit Lampe, einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischsessel, zwei Schränke und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Möbel kannst du benutzen!
Die Wohnung teilst du mit Kalina (19), besteht aus zwei Zimmern (deines und das von Kalina), WC und Bad mit Dusche (getrennt), Küche und Wohnzimmer (zusammen), einem Abstellraum und einem Korridor.

Room and flat:
Your room is furnished with a bed (140x200) and mattress, a bedside table with lamp, a desk and a chair and 2 little cupboards with storage units and a little balcony. You can use the furniture!
The flat, that you share with your Austrian roommate Kalina (19), consists of two rooms (one for you and the one of Kalina), WC and bathroom with shower (separated), kitchen, living room and dining room (combined), a storeroom and a corridor.

Die Wohnung liegt in Geidorf in unmittelbarer Nähe der Karl-Franzens-Universität/TU Graz sowie sehr nahe am Stadtpark Graz. Das wunderschöne Zentrum von Graz kann zu Fuß in ca. 15 min erreicht werden. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ausgezeichnet! (Bus, Bim - zu Fuß erreichbar)
Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Spar, Billa), Pubs, Restaurants, Clubs sind gleich um die Ecke (2-5 min zu Fuß).

The flat is located in Geidorf very close to the Karl-Franzens university and to nature areas as well as very close to the wonderful city centre of Graz (about 15 minutes by foot to the main square). Bus stops are very close and if you want to, there is the possibility to use the tram, which is within a walking distance.
Farmacy, supermarkets (Spar, Billa), pubs, restaurants, clubs are just around the corner (2-5 min by foot).
Kalina (19 Jahre alt) ist sehr offen und kommunikativ und studiert Biologie im zweiten Semester. Sie freut sich auf einen/e neue/n MitbewohnerIn, der/die auch gerne etwas gemeinsam unternimmt! :-)
