I am looking for someone to rent my room from April (Z2 in the floorplan) in a shared apartment
on Elisabethstrasße 4, directly next to Stadtpark.
The room can be rented with or without furniture (furniture is free).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Elisabethstraße 4. Stadtpark ist direkt neben dem Gebäude und KF Uni. ist 3 min. zu fuß

Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle 2 Blocks entfernt.
The apartment is in Elisabethstraße 4. Stadtpark is on the other side of the building. KF university is 3 minutes far by walk. Spar also is very near.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, and a tram stop 2 blocks away.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 150 m² groß und verfügt über eine Wohnküche, eine große Eingangshalle und einen großen Balkon (14 m²). Alle öffentlichen Bereiche der Wohnung sind möbliert. Die Küche verfügt über Gemeinschaftsgeräte, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Besteck usw. und es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. In der Wohnung lebt jetzt Will, ein Chemie-Doktorand aus den Niederlanden.
The entire apartment is about 150 square meters, with an eat-in kitchen, a large entry hall, and a large balcony (14 square meters). All of the common areas of the apartment are furnished. The kitchen has communal appliances, dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Two other people live in the apartment: Will, who is a chemistry PhD student from the Netherlands.
Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro pro Monat All-Inclusive, außer WLAN, das 12 Euro pro Monat an Will gezahlt wird. Die Kaution beträgt nur 450 Euro.
