In unserer gemütlichen 3er WG ist ein großes und helles Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht frei. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Kachelofen (leider nur als Zierobjekt) und Parkettboden, liegt im 4. Stock eines charmanten Altbaus und hat einen schönen Blick auf einen Park und auf den Schlossberg.
Es ist möglich, einige Möbel gegen Ablöse von der Vormieterin zu übernehmen.

We offer a spacious and bright room with a fantastic view. It is equipped with a wooden floor and located in the 4th floor. It has a beautiful view into a park and of Schlossberg.
If you like you can have some of the furniture you see in the fotos against payment.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - gleich hinter dem Schlossberg und 2 Gehminuten von der Pädagogischen Hochschule entfernt. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist die FH Campus 02. Du bist sehr schnell am Hauptplatz, an der Mur, am Murradweg und im Grünen.

The flat is in the bigger center of Graz behind the Schlossberg. It takes you only 2 minutes walk to Pädagogische Hochschule and FH Campus 02 is also nearby. You can quickly reach the main square, the river, an important bike trail, parks and woods.
Elisabeth: Sozialarbeiterin, liebt die Stadtbibliothek und den Bioladen gleich um’s Eck, den Bauernmarkt vor der Tür und den belebten Hasnerplatz, geht gerne tanzen und wandern, kocht gerne, hat’s gerne sauber, macht Taiji oder sonstige Achtsamkeitsübungen
Andrea: Musiktherapeutin, ist gerne zu Fuß am Reinerkogel und rund um die Platte unterwegs, singt, schwimmt und wandert gerne, interessiert sich für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und mag es gerne unkompliziert
wir essen gerne gemeinsam ... sind manchmal wenig in der Wohnung und manchmal hinter unserem Schreibtisch vergraben … verbringen auch gerne mal unsere freie Zeit in der Wohnung … tauschen uns gerne aus …unternehmen auch was gemeinsam, z.B. spontane Picknicks am Gang ;) Konzertbesuche, Badeausflüge … wir wohnen gerne miteinander und haben es lustig und sehr gemütlich 😊

Andrea: music therapist, likes to take walks on Reinerkogel and around the Platte, likes singing, swimming and hiking, is interested in issues concerning sustainability and likes to keep it uncomplicated
we like to eat together…are often out of the flat or working at home … also like to spend our free time in the flat … like to talk and to exchange opinions … sometimes do things together like spontaneous picnics in the hallway, going to a concert, going to a lake ... we love our cosy chilly atmosphere 😊
