Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 172 qm, befindet sich in bester Lage im Univiertel, Spar und Billa, Post, Trafik sowie öffetnliche Verkehrsmittel sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist ideal für jemanden, der nur einen Monat in Graz ist, bzw. noch keine feste Wohnung gefunden hat. Nach Absprache ist auch eine wochenweise Vermietung möglich.
